For some reasons I can't open that image, maybe due to its privacy or some other reason. I suggest to upload the image on imgur. Possible you've been using an asi/dll file which was detected by the server anti-cheat system and got automatically banned. All left to say now is to Install a clean copy of VC and wait for your ban to expire, then you may play again on the server.
