The problem is solved.

Seems like this arises when your 04rel006 is not from the original source i.e u04.vc-mp.org.
Since it is down, I had been using thijn's updater url. Which caused the problem.

Asked a friend to upload his folder, I deleted mine and pasted his, now its working.
Please lock the topic.

I've mentioned a few times around (almost every vc-mp discord server) not to change your updater url to thijn's one, because it will create more issues.

Having it in hand instead of nothing isn't likely an issue. Atleast you can play somewhere.
Then, we don't have a lot of options left once the official one goes down.
And it has been a solid pause already now.
