Won't add much but the username on the login page is never linked with "Forgot password?/recovery page". The email address you entered isn't linked with the account for which you are trying recovery option.

If you see in the video provided by you, in the email, it clearly shows password of ScoasH has been reset because the email scoashvcmp1@gmail.com is registered with that account but not with Renevnant.

I've had asked you before investigating if there is any such thing but you refused.
