Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:Hacker (using sniper attacks with hands)

Additional information: Thanks to my friend admin p4t for he thinking i submitted the false report on this issue.

Sorry about that, the only reason I denied your report was because every time I spectated tapoporuma he wasn't showing signs of using anything.  However the 2nd video you provided is obviously very suspicious for several reasons.  I request that other staff take a look at this and ban this player if necessary.
