Not possible. There are probably some additional files in your VC folder which is blocking your connection. I would say check again thorougly and respond back.

If you have any asi or dll files you should delete them all except for mss32.dll.

i personally spoke with him in-game letting me know that he has been able to join the server normally lately without any issue furthermore i'll lock this topic.
