Explain why would the shooting animation not play on several occasions?

ive watched this video a dozen of times...in my game i was perfectly shooting u and fast switching...so i think this is some bug related to fs...i aint using any mods man...i dont know what kinda bug this is...mayb i was fast switching too fast that lead to this bug

As I mentioned in PM, I spoke to several people and it's most likely variation of this bug here https://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=8266.30, again I am sorry for the inconvenience but it's the first time I see someone doing it without crouch, I was suspicious of some sort of animation modifications which are not being displayed. Thanks for the cooperation and footage, consider yourself unbanned.
