Regarding "car glitch", Logan was a bit away from vehicle and it doesn't really convince me that it is done on purpose. However, be more careful while you are shooting around when you are surrounded by vehicles, consider this as your warning @Logan.
Now, regarding "death evade", sometimes when the game crashes, it doesn't show you that game is "crashed", it just says "disconnected" in game logs/console and IRC. And adding up the fact, Logan provided a 'POV' in the report, I will let it slide this time. Be careful next time!
