It looks like this guy has been banned before for HP hacks in this report.

I had more brutal situations where he would be knocked down but still no damage was taken but I was usually off-guard and couldn't record. He said that it's because of his lag. There is no way in the world it is true.

Some people also concluded that he is using hacks.
