Ever heard of mirrors?
Just type in .NET Framework 2.0 in google, or 3.5 if you want the newest version..

I cant get it to work,

It opens, but there is no list of servers and clicking on refresh doesn't help :(
i  have .NET Framework 3.5 installed

Do i have to put the exe in the mta folder or something like that?

Same problem. :(
You belong to the two bagged types. A bag is needed for my head, maybe on yours being tears out.

it gets all the data from this webpage:
http://www.game-monitor.com/search.php?map=race%20mod&game=mta&num=100

problem is, if game-monitor changes some major stuff to their webpage, this tool wont work anymore until i update it  ;) (happened before as you can see)
