no, most times the player who owns properties pauses/alt tabs then they get banned,

im pretty sure this is down to your wireless connection also if alot of ppl use your connection at home. next time you're gona buy props use a cable connection and make sure theres nothing on your network or pc thats gona use alot of bandwidth for uploading/downloading
