Newcomer in Sa-MP

VC-MP played a Litlewhitey's no time ago and now spent for GTA san Andreas and downloaded the multiplayer mode
SA-MP and more difficult for VC-MP
Then wanted a list of commands from SA-MP will please help me much!
And also wanted to know why not ta logging, because I already registered with a nickname in the nick now swapped for me and trying to register with the same email
Also wanted to know why I buy weapons that are not in amunation when I go back to play? Know that has a way of them becoming more and which not his way ...

I'm afraid I hardly understand any of that.

As for commands, if you type /commands when in game you will be displayed with a list of them.
Finally spawn weapons only save until you disconnect so if you rejoin after they will be gone.
