If you have a unofficial version like the one that fixed the sound or something like that
mta doesn't even start...

Client verification fails when you modded handling.cfg, weather, draw distance etc

Yes. You need to restore the files that you have changed in GTA:SA to their original state. If you don't know which files you have changed, or haven't kept a backup of the ones that you have, your best bet is to reinstall GTA:SA. Then you can install MTA:Race again afterwards.

I only modded some Cars,

i have my old "gta3.img" so i removed the one with mods and took that old in. My CD is broken so i cant reinstall all and i use a no cd crack now.

Is that helpfull for you ?

You modded the handling of those cars? If so, then you have to restore those changes. Personally I use a modded radar which requires changes to gta3.img, but that doesn't cause the verification error.

If you have modded the original handling.cfg file, you have to find yourself an original, unmodded one, and replace your
old handling.cfg with the new one.

nothing else. thats coz the system wants to prevent cheating... coz when u mod handling.cfg the mod possibly changes the speed of a car so thats why it wont let you in.. yea its only that, nothing else :D

(havent been on MTA for a long time... i hope ill see you raz there too :D)
