I had that idea a few months ago:
What about a small flag over every player? A flag where you see the nationality. Like british, german,.....
You can see that what Natiolaity the one is, and if you want to pm him you know what language you can use. (most time english i know, but it would be funny)
I dont know if thats possible, but in other online games i saw it.
