[REJECTED]Permissions.
« on: October 12, 2009, 07:02:43 PM »
Hey Everbody,

I was thinking that it really gets annoying when there is no online admins and no responce from IRC admins since they're AFK, So I thought maybe managment members could give some kind of permissions for Regulars, or Trusted players ONLY to vote to kick him or not, when 3 / 5 votes says yes he gets kicked / banned, and if it appears that he wasnt cheating, all of the players who voted yes loose their permission for voting and gets like 1 day ban or so.

I think its a pretty good idea.

I don't see this helping. No doubt some people would abuse it + think how much beggers there will be "Can I get that permission also" all the damn time. Every person in LW probably thinks that his trusted person.

I think that it is a good idea but it can be abused. I don't agree with the idea of banning people for abusing it, people should get a penalty like temporary removal of voting rights.

How about you make more people admins? So there is always one online. Perhaps assign administrative privledges to people in different countries, so there is usually one online during all times of a day.

Would be the best solution, though I think there are enough admins, but some are inactive.
Anyways, -1337 for Bloods.

Yes, i agree. There aren't a lot of admins on - and if they are, its always the same few (2-4) different admins.

Tbh the only really active admins i see are, Scott, s3rs, Ace, Rizla..

And the only active mod is Shadow  :o

So yeah, LWs have enough admins, but we dont have enough active admins. We only have 4 mods, so instead of permissions i think there should be a lot more mods.. maybe 8 mods in total so there is a higher chance of one mod/admin always being online.

Just my thought.
