Lol how i got it from you and it's the same game.
Btw a tried to make GTA SA to Windows 98/ Windows Me and opened samp it didn't crash, but when i closed it it types problem in samp it changed the GTA SA compatible to default.

You have to actually save the compatibility settings after you've tested them. Also make sure you don't set them on samp.exe but rather on your gta_sa.exe u_u
