First off, from a players' point of view, I do not like this suggestion. The reasons are already stated by wWll and FireFly, in LW's you can choose your own method of killing, you're free to not use brute force (on foot with running or walking weapons) and use a strategy of your own. I like to helikill, I like killing the people who go full force against a strategy instead of using one of their own, wheras if they had thought of something smarter they probably would have succeeded.
That's towards the general idea of treating helikill like driveby
Here's a breakdown of a few things that caught my eye:
most of the admen said something like: "u need skill to use a helicopter so its ok". but i COMPLETLY DONT think that this is an excuse. actually u need skill to driveby skilled players too. make lw more fair and take a look at my chainsaw suggestion too.
I'm not going to enter in whether or not you need skill to helikill a player or not because it completely relies on the situation given, but, some players are good at some things and others are better at others. The key is knowing what weapon you have is best to use and when to change (weapons aren't only guns in this game).

Give me a break, rocket launchers and miniguns are no where close to the balance helikill and driveby offer, so don't even go there.
and like i said: drive by is as hard as helikilling if the victim has advanced skills. u know that this is not a lie..
u need skills to db a player with advanced skills too so its just fair if u handle helikill just like a db kill since its lame as hell, even if u need skill for it

Exactly! A skilled player will divise a strategy of his (or her) own to counterattack the heli or the db, that's all there is to it, but if you're typing, or unaware of what's around you, anything can kill you.. Driveby, Helikill, Someone on foot, A car parker, anything SA:MP and specifically LWs has to hit you with.
The balance is what
you decide it's gonna be, this is LW's man,
where your success is the outcome of your own strategy.
