A few ideas i think might be good,

1, Have a "Welcome" screen like this one on the SiK server, Which you have to click on "Close" to get rid of it,

Do Not Flood The Chat: Spam voting is unacceptable as we feel that other users should be allowed to choose their own maps, not what one person wants to play. Any other type of flooding will result in either warnings and eventually a kick from the server. Failure to comply after that, will result in a ban.

No Cheats and Cheap Play: This rule is simple, Anything that gives advantage to you over another player will not be tolerated and will therefore result in a immediate banning from the server, Without warning. If you are however going out of your way to purposely prevent other players from finishing the race, you will be warned and/or kicked.

Speak English: The preferred language for the server(s) is English, If however you can't speak English fluently try your best to and that will be good enough Smiley. Purposefully talking in a different language will result in a quick mute.

Dis-Respect: Do NOT Dis-Respect any other player as this will not be tolerated and will result in a kick from the server.

Have Fun: Remember to have fun! even show us what your made of! We do like a good challenge.

2, Make it so you can join in straght away when you log in.

3, The timer in the middle of the screen seems to be just in the wrong place most of the time, If it can be moved up or down would make it better.

4, Cut down the time for the map vote, As there is a bit of a wait when "Waiting for players" 
make it fast & furious-ish

The timer in the middle can be moved with a command (MC knows...forgot where he wrote it). I moved it up a bit.

btw. what to do when a cheater is detected? who to contact ingame and how?

Also, I really think that the "play again"-option should be removed from the map vote, just like on the old MTA:SA server.

There's currently no way to notify us ingame, but you can join our IRC channel: #littlewhitey.mtarace at irc.gtanet.com. Notify an admin there when you see a cheater.

I use 'Play Again' sometimes when I play alone and wish to make a better time.

It really gets annoying when there are some noobs who want to keep playing the same map over and over again. In my opinion, this is more important than the small benefit when playing alone to beat records.

I used to play a lot on MTA:Race, some cool memories back there

I have a question, is there any way to get more players in the server? Everybody knows that Mr. Green is shit, but on these days is PURE CRAP, it has a lag... whatever. So, I don't think it's possible, but it would be cool to have promotion of your server, now that Mr. G is decaying.
