this wouldnt be abused if you guys would have join/leave massages:

we already do, and it can be abused because you can really really easily provoke fake timeouts

jets im sure this abuse worked since the very first days of samp. its not a 0.3 bug-feature or anything. the problem is the 0.3 community.
