I think instead of deleting, punishing, etc for DB there should just be more rewards for the people who don't do it. Figure like a prize for killing someone in a car, or certain amount of kills on foot.

Think about it, the other day some regulars came on and used rampages to DB, I think if the people avoiding them and beating them at their game get a prize, it'll be more effective than punishing the person on a new account that he doesn't care for.

What I mean is, the regulars who want to avoid the punishment, or better put, don't want the punishment affected to their own account; can just make a new one where they wont care.
