Well, as for the admin of the year thing goes, the title already by default goes to AdTec_224.. without him the server would be dead, fact. Also he's the one who partially created LW's script and still performs maintenance to this day
When there's some kid inquiring about being "bunbanned" he's always there, he manages the server rules, he decides the administration team. i know people think its unfair that he hasn't allowed admin applications or w/e, but think of it this way, there hasn't really been any abuse reports that turned out to be true has there? it's harder to keep an eye on 30+ people than it is a small team of dedicated, throroughly tested and trusted administrators.

AdTec_224 is already held in high regard by the players for his amazing work done for this server, but the administrative team working under him help keep it in order when he doesn't have the time to, that's what makes it a team.
In my opinion this topic is about them, and I think truly the one who would deserve this "award" would be Hanney, as he is ingame on a regular basis, I'm not saying lw admins are inactive as shit, just they probably have too much going on in their lives to deal with this stuff. Hanney helps out anyone who needs it, and is always there checking for haxors and whatnot.
Second would probably be Force since he maintains a level of regular activity and he does his job to the fullest. third yaceq. I'm not forgetting the others, but these are the most active admins ingame+irc+forums in my opinion.
j.king also fits this category, but he JUST got back, although he's definitely doing a phenomenal job though and showing he does still care about the server and its players.
Hopefully with the new installations made in the team (Darfy, Baldachyn, StriKe) there will now be full coverage in most timezones and not much "administrative downtime".
