Noisy Chatter in LW.echo channel

Not trying to be a bitch about it, but its hard to read chat sometimes and overfloods my logs with senseless chatter in echo channel. This isn't the first time, and before i wouldn't care, but people just dont care anymore, so i rather post here, than to be banned for arguing. (which i rather leave that for in game lol)

P.S this forum doesn't have limit on images sizes, and i had to find a way to make it smallers manually
so i did "

yeah there is a message in the topic saying "This is not a chat channel!" but people dont seem to listen to it.

*cough* firefly *cough*

anyway anyone who talks in there too much will get temp banned as its -m so people can talk ingame and use commands, not so they can have a conversation
