[I] Camera at City Planning Departament

If it's possible , add it.The pics will be saved in 'My Documents>GTA:SA User Files>Gallery'
It's synchronized , I tested it.

Yeh but when it flashes it pauses everyones game nearby for a second.

Just tested it on the server, it doesn't flash for other players. The wiki page for weapons also states that there is no imagery effects.
