VERY QUICK SERIOUS QUESTION!

i'm not very computer literate nor i am with games,question though,i saw this youtube post earlier with this dude using MODDED weapons...but,it was cause he wanted to change the style/look of the weapons,well my question : can changing/modding vehicles/weapons be considered Cheats while playing on any SA:MP server? cause i wanna change a couple looks of cars i saw on gtainside.com

Mods which only modify the look of things, are not considered as cheats. Watch out with skin mods though.
You can use weaponmods/carmods etc to change the way how weapons or cars look. No problem at all. Just watch closely what you download, make it's only the mod you want you're downloading.

BUT!! U dont replace them, U DELETE THE OLD FILES Bat.txd, Bat.dff for example and Add the new files that u dowloaded, when u just replace the files the old files will still be there and the game engine will constantly select btv those two and u can get major graphical issues so dont replace, delete and add the new one so the engine will select only that files u want to be selected.
