Gryphus most players prefer when servers disallow driveby

Only if those players are skilled ones who have experience by having played in other servers, but if you are totally new to Samp, how are you gonna prefer db disabled? ffs...

As I said, it could simply put a message saying that db is only enabled for mp5.

People who still cry "db noob" just have problems with themself cause why they should cry for no death and no kill

1-Then you haden't played Vice City nor GTA 3, which had db too, not only in multiplayer but also in single player mode.
2-Not knowing at first that there's db, doesn't mean that once you know it you prefer it disabled. When you know it you get addicted to it, at least if you haven't played multiplayer for long and you can't kill in any other way.

Gryphus you ignored my argument, it could display a warning if you tried to db with tecs/uzis, and it would say you can only db with mp5 purchasable in ammunation.
And still if that's the only way you know how to kill, do it with mp5 and renounce to being able to fight on foot with full RW force.

I didn't ignore it, why do you say that? I was just replying to robbynab because he said that some new players don't even know the existence of the db. And in that case, the warning you are talking about would be useless, because if the new player doesn't even know the existence of the db, he won't try to do it, and therefore he won't see that warning. However I don't think this is the general case, because most new Samp players have already played in single player, so I think your warning text would be ok.

I don't know why we should make a difference between dbing with bike or with car. It's true that bikes seem to be better to db because they can fire forward, but you are also more vulnerable because the vehicle itself doesn't give you any protection against the shots you receive and you lose heatlh more quickly, bikes go backwards very slowly and also you can't fire while going backwards, so dbing with bike is not easier than with car.

And specially important: some db haters say that new players leave the server because they are dbed all the time, whereas I, as a db supporter, say that it's new players (like me) who db more. So the new players can be two things: db users, or db victims. And it depends much on one simple thing: if the default spawn weapons allow to db or not. If they don't, many new players won't buy the db weapons and will become victims of db instead of users of it, whereas if the default weapons allow the player to db, he will have more of a db user than of a db victim.

Summary: if this suggestion is accepted, the default Uzi should be changed for a MP5.

- Vehicle surfing
- Rustlers
- Shooting at them with long range weapons
- If they're trying to get away from you and you shoot them properly with RW, you can do alot of damage and finish them with a bit of m4.
