[N] Ability to register users with no Kill/Death ratio

A summary of the changes that you want
- The option to register users that do not save kill/death ratio. (Dunno if it can be implemented).
The advantages of this change happening
- Turf wars and gangs activities in general will increase and become more intensive. Many players agree that the server activity and gang wars specifically are decreasing because of the increasing care for stats. Imagine what would happen if 2 gangs are fighting for a turf, while not caring for their stats. LWs activity will increase.
- Giving the choice to the player according to his gaming style. The one who likes the no stats will choose the no stats account, and the opposite is right.
The disadvantages of this change happening
- Drive-by might increase (since the -1 won't affect the no stats users), but another penalty can be applied for the no stats users.

Bollocks, why should people be able to create stats account, I've only created 1 account and that shows skill, I don't like have may accounts so I can boast about stats on 1 of them.

Think about it from this perspective.
When you give the option of turning stats off for people who care for stats, they'll play more and won't avoid death. At the same time, people who like showing off with stats will have their stats. Yes, the competition will increase, but this will apply to everyone else.

Well, stats not always are the skills that a person has, sometimes are only the running skills xD

Can you edit the poll so that users can change their votes? I voted no at first because I misread it, the concept of being able to toggle off your k/d stats is a nice option (even tho I won't I know some people might).

I've tried to edit the poll, but It's unchangeable. I think Dugi or Popz can do it.

It'd be quite simple to implement, all stats will be logged still, the change would be that user would just have the option to not show the stats publicly (the user would still be able to view their own stats)..

Yeah I like it, a short time ago I made a suggestion for stats to not be saved and it was rejected, so I sometimes play with unregistered nicks, but having the option to hide your stats and make them private so only you can see them, is a good idea.

However this won't prevent stats-maniacs from ganging 4 vs 1, killing only new players etc. because they will still be able to see their own stats and to make them public for everyone to see them.

as for a /stats on(off) command, it would be dodgy since people would probably use it right before they die, take [UST]The_Don for example, from vc-mp LW, he used a macro for it so he never gained a single death.

perhaps you could add a confirmation command to stop abuse

"are you sure you want to turn off your stats (Y/N)"

I can't really think of any other methods, but I'm with zeg on this one
