Lowering bank limit

A summary of the changes that you want
Change the bank limit to 1million, and 2million for donators. Basically after reading this suggestion, http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,13040.0.html I think it's quite radical to reset banks every X amount of time. Banks are a nice feature that in my opinion shouldn't be removed. Also bank limits from all players should be reset after setting it down, seeing as players still have 8million and 6million in bank.

The advantages of this change happening
More cash flow in the server.

The disadvantages of this change happening
Harder to get lots of weapons, but it's ok since we now have spawn weapons.

What's the whole fun on having extra cash? All you need to buy for survival are weapons and that's it, you don't try to make money because you have a fuckload in your bank. In other words, having the bank limit how it is makes the gamemode boring because you don't have to worry about money.

Now if the bank limit is lowered to 1 mil for regulars and 2 mil for donators, then you will try to make money from properties, killing, ship, races, etc. and there will be A LOT more competition around the server so +1 for this idea.
