Go to options>display>advanced and you do these steps:1. Frame limiter of (thats what makes you all lag and that /fpslimit 47 is bullshit bcause its the same..that deagle bug is still there i tested it out and you do better when you have the frame limiter of and you get better fps)
3. Visual FX Quality Very High (adds shadows, more details and texture filtering)
3. Antialiasing 3x (removes the edges)4. Resolution at 1980x1200x32 (i gues you have a 23" monitor as i se on your pics of yo pc, also removes the edges and gets you more detail)
5. The last step you do in your desktop, you open up your graphicks driver
"ATI Catalist Control center" find the
3d tab then "Anisotropic Filtering" and set it at
16x or what ever your maximum is min is 16x.... Also i se that you have a Nvidia card but the nvidia and ATI drivers are always the same
And this is very important bcaouse it removes the "Black Roads" glich and thats 99% of you didnt new it..You have a corei7 mashine you will still have like 200 fps
