Forgot the name of these 2 movies.

Alright guys! I desperately need your help on this one. I'm looking for these two movies that I remember from my childhood. Theire both horror films, but I forgot the cast in it, and the tittles.

Movie number 1

Ummmm all i remember is that a group of people enter a haunted house...each character is different like theirs , a fat nerdy guy, black guy, and some other people that I forgot.....In one of the scenes the fat nerdy guy is in a bed and this sexy ghost chicks comes out....then her face turns ugly.

Movie number 2

The second movie is similar 2 the 1st one except instead of the house being haunted......the people who are staying in the house are being killed by toys, and turned into toys.

So if anyone knows the tittles 2 these movies, i would appreciate you posting them...or similar tittles.
