[R] = retards! Should that happen much! Before cars were racing all day! Players invest money to win new players on the server! Now no one invests money in races for a team there ([R] = retards) that destroys everything and no one can win anything!
That money is lost and players are becoming more starved for money!Because of these new players lost money can not buy any property! Always an experienced player possesses all the properties and do not let anyone to touch them!
That player who made the race and lost money must somehow recover their loss and that option is out of buying property? In addition to this players are very interested now kill more people for that Kill Spree! They kill new players on the server for proper that are easy to beat!   
If you watched all my story [r] = retards production server change for the worse! If there racing players focus more on killing! If you kill more experienced players new players have no way to go unnoticed and develop! Races are not just to earn money but to learn to drive a car or a motorcycle!Hence the inactivity of the players new server! No server runs lead to monetary gaps among all players plus beating on those properties!                 
 Moreover I noticed that this team ([R] = retards), they started shooting after players who are trying to export cars!
 I agree that those planes will be blocked and no longer can use their own weapons!Please do not be removed from the game for part of it and not to destroy something beautiful! Just block weapons possessed!
I hope now [R] = retards be met only with air planes acrobatics!

It's removed, but at least I had time to overtake Midnight in number of negative votes!!     If I ever wanted to pretend to be a victim, that would help me a lot...
Oh and that doesn't prevent +1 and -1 posts, because people don't vote messages depending on whether they agree with them or not, but depending on how much they like the person who posted them...
