To remove the Db on the server or take action genre: -1 to (kill rational) if you kill someone with DB or the front wheel of the motorcycle explosion! If the DB or took steps like this are sure and those measures may be used Rustler!   
The best attack to remove a plane I think is off ammunition that have that plane!

Actually Rustlers in races are like db: they can be limited, controlled and regulated, but should never be completely removed.

I really like the idea of the repair points. That would be a good way for noobs (like me  ) to finish the race and they make it harder to kill racers.
Perhaps you can take a limit to the repair points too: Racers can only repair their cars when they have 300 or less health. That would have the effect, that they don't repair after every little crash or street blockade. 

Btw: I am not good enough to fuck races yet. And when i try it, it is just a way to train flying. i've never destroyed a car with my rustler at a race. 

And finally, i totally agree with qwerbeet, that locking or taking away the rustlers is the worst things you can do.

qwerbet spammed all the time that they wont kill the non-regulars but in the end they let some friends pass and killed everybody else.

Well, in that case you will have to make diplomatic relationships with the SAAF (San Andreas Air Force) to get their respect, like enkei and Scott have done with me (you can ask Scott about two races that have been this morning).

Bikedriver, You make me ROFL. In that race i crashed like 3 times. There was only 1 lap so in the end, I was able to get 4 racers. I've shot friends like Nero, SRC and others too, but SRC could just escape, because he used his breaks smartly. In the end, SRC could win. An unknown player (noob to me) could get 3rd position.

And what i said was, that I will fuck all pro racers this race. I didn't do that to make people think "Qwerbeet is a good guy. He lets noobs win". It was to let SRC, Nero and other friends in Race checkpoint know, that I will shoot them this race and they need to look for me. I arrived at race start 1 minute before start, because I was on a truck trip to the Mount Chilliad with Pablo before, so I had no time to figure out who of my friends was driving. I used main chat to make it clear. Where is the problem? I have written that like 3 times, but nero didn't read. I haven't talked to him yet but after he got blowed by me in race, he even got mad at me.
