Alot of you people complain about rustlers & shit.
Why don't you send some of your gangmates after those rustlers?
It gives your members something to do.
Teamwork to achieve something.
Maybe a celebration after a succesful mission.
Would be good for teamspirit.

INstead of complaining about rules & change the entire server.

Now that so many people are talking about team-work these last days, here they have one of the best fields to put this on. Besides, if the Rustler pilots have managed to form a gang (the Qwerbeet's [R]) and work together, why cannot racers do the same?

I'm not the only Rustler pilot in the server (if I were, there wouldn't be so many cryies about Rustlers), so no, it's not only my particular case: how do you think Qwerbeet's R gang is getting more members each day? because he is recruiting newbies. Think about it: it's mostly newbies who fly Rustlers, because regulars only play for money and/or for stats, and in this server Rustlers are (unfortunately) improductive in both things.

see i used to be a rustler pilot a decent one but that was back in 0.2x now i see no point in killing people with one. Because it will just lower the player count worse in my opinion

A summary of the changes that you want

Totaly Revamped Race System. It could be similar to the duel arena script. There could be the menu in the checkpoint, that would allow for you to do all the current races plus teli to places like underwater. I also recomend some new races. Such a script that would allow for multiple checkpoint custom races, and custom drifts would be amazing. I would race a lot more then i have been because currently i think the races have grown boring to me. Like the Duel Arena There could be A Scoreboard on say maybe a random billboard, in which you could go look at to see who won the races. Also You could add Races into another world in which would protect the server from rustlers. But allow fighting and shoting still after the race starts but by ppl not by vehicles such as rustlers.
Also a command such as /watch race would be amazing

The advantages of this change happening

- New race system will attract new players = Full server + More fun
- Keeps Newbies on the server longer

The disadvantages of this change happening

not rlly any exept maybe bugs

Any script snippets which provide the feature that you want
