A summary of the changes that you want
An event admin
now u may think how is this possible?
Answer:
this will require 1 virtual world
To begin a player will be selected (most likely from every timezone) to be an event admin
the player as admin will be granted the fallowing commands
/freeze <id>
/freezeall
/tp <id>
/get <id>
/set team <id> <1-5>
[the team config will be the same as group (like talking with ; )]
/event <choose from a veriety from Free-For-All,TDM,Race,AAD(the island attack and defend)
/weaponset <id(playor)> <WW or RW or up to 3 weapon ids>
[more detailed /event]
/event <gamemode> <interior(except for aad will be default island)> <prize(cash limit up to 50k per player)>
**NOTE**players must be in a team before event starts
/forceswitch <id> <team 1-5>
eg: /forceswitch 10 1
/say <msg>
in main chat will say Event Maker Me[T]aL_:TDM now starting up say IDs for participation!

And Now your thinking how will this work wont they just abuse on regular players?
this is were the virtual world comes in
the virtual world is the only world that will alow the use of these commands

The advantages of this change happeningMore Variety+player will stay longer when event admins are on creating events players will see more players and join and then eventually fav the server and be happy and no emo
The disadvantages of this change happeningPlayers getting abused in virtual world (but then again admins need to pick a trust worthy player)

These days i see more & more cheaters, and less admins everyday.

There are already admins on different timezones & a few admins are almost always there.
But I guess the rest is busy with their personal lifes.(Note: This is what alot of people forget & I dont intend to attack admins or anyone in a personal way that the server is not fully under control.)

Either way, if admins are busy with other things or not, it all doesn't matter.
It is about the amount of cheaters & rule breakers which should be greatly reduced.

It happens often that there are cheaters & no admins online.
A couple of days ago there was this cheater gang group.
4 cheaters,chased like 10 people away from the server if it wasn't more, many reported & nothing happend.
went to check on forum if there was an admin, nobody online.
And sorry, I do not use IRC,I dont see the point of it anyway to contact an admin there while he could read it all from IRC anyway.
When there is a cheater players shoudnt be looking for admins.
It is already annoying enough that you have to make sure you don't get fucked by a cheater & that you have to report his ass.
Admins should be directly on that matter when someone reports or whatever.( & not looking on forums or irc.)
But right now admins can not handle all of it.
I don't know if assigning new admins would be useful, or if there is any other way to reduce the amount of cheaters/rulebreakers on this.

However, to stay a little on topic, there could be this event system just like the race & duel system.
Which gives all control to the player instead of an event admin.
No event admins needed.

I agree with Roach: the server is a bit abandoned by the admins, not only in terms of vigilance (like the cheaters you mention, or the one saying the n word that I posted here), but also in terms of development: there are too many good suggestions made by different people, that are either abandoned in the forum's depths, or even rejected due to the work it would imply to implement them, and not because of any disadvantages in them.

However, to stay a little on topic, there could be this event system just like the race & duel system.
Which gives all control to the player instead of an event admin.

I think that's exactly what Cheetos' event system (which was accepted) is about.
