[N]Zone names

Zone Names:
Some kind of small zone name text should popup on your screen when you are at any zone
-Advantage:
people are now able to memorize the zones easily, and it could be easier for them to find someone that way.
This would complete the /locate command a little bit more.
-Disadvantage:
The text draw itself, maybe some people are annoyed with it, but if it is small it should be fine and it gives you useful information.

Yeah like in single player mode and in other servers, that when you move from one district to another, a text appears on the right bottom of the screen. I myself had been thinking about suggesting this, specially since I found out that some years ago this feature was enabled in this server (before finding this out, I thought it had never been enabled here).
