I think hes on the run from his brother in law in the start of last season episodes or someone else.. I think walter end up dead, not in jail but dead.

Not from some explosion or anything like you said. He probably end up in some war versus some cartel. I really doubt he get caught by the DEA.

I just love this show, i really do. Every episode is truly awesome. The remixed soundtrack at the end of recent episode...gave me chillz. I thought finally Walt had found some sense in him..but no.  Brilliant!
