than the only reason to keep it is to make the scripter happy that his part is in the script.

Well, apart from changing your skin without dying (which I already mentioned yesterday), I just remembered another GOOD way of using this command: if you get lost in the middle of nowhere (for example if you crash your vehicle in the All Around SA race) and there are no vehicles near, and NOBODY is fighting you (so you aren't avoiding death, but just a long walk), then you just use /class and respawn.

also in this case i wonder....what's the fucking problem in using /kill instead of /class? lol since it isn't even made to respawn near the city

That if you kill yourself you lose all the money you are carrying, and players who care about stats have their ratio decreased.

For scripters: rather than removing this command, you can just add a line of code to its script so when you use the command, a message appears on the general chat saying something like "Gryphus_One (ID: 9) has used the /class command", this way everyone can see whenever someone uses the command and spot the possible abuses more easily.
Another, more complex solution could be to disable the command in interiors and in vehicles, so you can use it only outside and onfoot, and when typing the command you get frozen for those 10 seconds until you are teleported.

And you can also do /rules while ingame. Enjoy yourself!

What do you mean by this? If you mean that /class it's not mentioned there, it's only because it didn't seem like a problem before and it's being discussed now. If you mean that there is nothing that disallows you to avoid death with it, well, it's in the first point ;) Feel free to contact me, lol.

Both solutions were suggested already and are being considered. The whole problem should be solved soon.

Should you see anyone not following these rules, you should alert an admin immediately by using /report <id> <reason>.
e.g. /report 15 fighting inside bank

An admin's decision is final, a moderators is almost final. Complaining is unlikely to change either's point of view.
That. :P

Oh, well ye, that's true. But currently after recieving such a report I would do nothing, cause I wouldn't be able to check if the guy really did. I would have to watch him in case he does it again. It's like the car visual bug - unless we do something with it, video is the only solid proof.

is my video not proof enough why this should be removed?

In your video it's curious to see that you open the chat box and start writing the report a bit before that player actually teleports. But also, your video shows him in the duel lobby, which is a safe area, so he wasn't really using the command in the middle of a fight, maybe he just wanted to change his skin.
