I want to know. Is this the problem of the game or from the Windows?

With the knowledge that I had carried more than one copy of the game

I own now the original version of the game and ChatBox Not Work 

i tired For Chat show
 I Tried For Chat Show By : F7 and F9   None, does not appear > Chat
Can ayone help me ?
Is there any one have a solution?
