Electronic Arts has announced what rewards players will unlock for pre-ordering their upcoming blockbuster shooter, Battlefield 3. The game, which launches on October 25, looks to directly take on Activision’s beast, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. While we already knew that pre-ordering customers would be able to download the “Back to Karkand†downloadable content for free, today, EA revealed exactly what else players will get when they pre-order Battlefield 3 at participating retailers.
Starting now (and retroactively affecting all previous pre-orders, obviously), players who pre-order Battlefield 3 will do so knowing they will get bonuses for the multiplayer component of the game, which promises to be the main selling point of the title.
