To officially confirm it, yesh normal players are allowed to make events.

As this event is very simple you might aswell do it without any help by admins or mods whenever you like to,
but if you'd like to have support by teleports and regarding ruiners you'd get an admin to help you,
just ask us, we don't bite

Hey red, it would be great if you could just add the timer. As, i am little bit confused with the time zone now. I got it at what time it will be, but still it would be easier to track the exact time with a timer.
