At first, swk is your own army, which you can upgrade and lead through the battles.
Secondly, as you recruited it under the GreatRoyalArmy, your troopers will fight for me in Raid-mode.

in the battlemode, just type the name of the army in the field on the right top corner and click 'Infiltrate'

Login into your army Headquarters. Pick a fight, then on upper right you'll see an option saying infiltrate an army base. There enter the name of army you want to fight with(eg. my army 'aladeen') and you are good to go.
