No one from admin don't play on the server? I see on the server Cygnus sometimes. But I never seen other admins. And why server have low online?

The littlewhitey's MTA server is all San Andreas with race DD and DM maps,
Not all the maps are "Stock maps" (set in LS, SF or LV)
some are custom made maps, made with the objects from San Andreas
