of course price is way too big, but I couldn't think about the numbers last night. So the price, I guess, will be calculated with the racehosters bets + few moar millions.

I don't think so. Of course he will need admins, but that is included in 'possible to be organized', as it is perfectly possible for admins to give that ammount of cash.
There may have been a problem in the 'players willing to join' part, regarding the negative end price money could turn them off. Yet already two signed up before 665 updated the prizes, so i guess this didn't create a necessity to change it either. In other words a price money of this ammount is -under the given circumstances- legal.

it is illegal, so please change it.

GTA SA saves money values in intern variables of the type signed long integer. The data type integer can only save mathematical integers, in other words whole numbers. It is not capable of saving floating point values, therefore it is impossible to assign a value that lies beetween one integer and the successing integer to the money variable. In other words, cut the cents.

This december, a simple race grows into something completely different. Where a win isn't enough. This time, you'll need something more that just a fast car. In a chase, where friends become enemies, where your whole world turns into asphalt lines. You become the most wanted. Not your car.



Idea is simple:
- I host (if not bugged) All Around San Andreas race.
- 1~3 racers will race to the end of the race
- Other pliy0rs will be cops and will try to stop racer/s

Rules are simple:
- 1~3 racers must complete "All Around San Andreas" and get to the bank
- Cops must use only cop cars (that includes; cars, bikes, helis, tanks, whatever)
- No car change (once your car goes boom, you're done)
- Drive-by is allowed
- Surfing is not

Award:
(first racer to complete the race)
- 1.385$ and 47cents

- 1st of the December 2012

- When server has a lot of players[/size]

Some Update:
- Winner must bank his money (Bank) to complete the event, if not, he must give the money back
- Cops are allowed to change vehicles during the race
- News Reporters added (they will be flying in helis, following the racer, making sure everyone follows the rules)
- There will be separate instructions given to cops and to racers in private, before the event

Extra Notes:
- This started as a simple race event with some extras to it. But after some time, this event started to grow into one of the most epic event of all times. I mean, the most epic event ever!

love the idea.. and lets give cops Cheetah/some fast car. (Jester/flash)
and well Cops can Set up Blocks with cars. They get to teleport to only a few specific Points with limited TP counts(this kind of ease of the chase but the tp limitation Nullfies the advantage).. and will since Cops are only here to stAhp the racer why not give them rights to spawn a car(only from the list approved for the Cops vehicles)

and other than roadblock they can Shoot the Racers and stuff. Cops get to have Deagle combat mp5 m4 sniper/rifle. (walking weapons class)

and racers are only allowed to drive the Outskirts (outer roads) i'll maybe add a pic here showing the whole track just to be on a safe side.

Nobody ever said it has to be perfect right for the first time neither that it cannot be done twice, if it still has negative points it is best to scope them out during a test run - rather than filling useful webspace with useless discussions - and correct any issues when there's really a necessity to do so.
