Download them, extract them in a folder, run GTA mod installer, Click "Countinue", Choose the option "Install a mod (with script file) to GTA3 or Vice City, Choose the option "I want to select a folder that contains all of mods file, Then click "Next'', Locate the folder in which you extracted the files, Locate your Gta Vice City folder, Click "Next", Wait till it finish, When done click "Finish"

Nice work.
 PS: If you want only HD palms,roads,neon lights on buildings and some modification in sky then i would prefer "Neo's retextured vice city". Its not heavy and doesn't lag too. ;)

Vice Cry is not really compatible with VC:MP and even if it was its use as it's downloaded wouldn't be allowed on the server. VCVE however covers most cosmic changes Vice Cry brings to the table so you're better off with just using VCVE.

So I'm pretty new to mods and I thought this would really enhance my single player experience. The game starts up just fine after I installed the VCVE but as soon as it loads, it freezes and crashes. It comes up with a message that says,
 "Unhandled Exception
 Unhandled exception: c0000005
At address:  00450279"
Does anyone have any tips to make this work because it looks totally awesome. I really want this to work because Hanney compiled some great looking stuff. Thanks!
