Give these guys a chance, will ya?! Most of you are true clan hoppers, including me. Most of clans died pretty fast. So I believe we have no rights to greet new clans/players like this.

thats not the right attitude you should take if you want your clan to survive. players wont feel attracted to be part of a clan who's leader is begging people to join.
now in a side note i saw you asking people who already have a clan to join yours, and thats not going to happen unless they are clan hoppers and you dont want them (trust me). how are you sure that someone who left his clan to join yours wont do the same to you in the future?

there is a way to build a clan from scratch in your current position:
you can take newbies with you and show them the server, you know stuff like teaching them how to earn money, to buy spawning weapons, to create races and all the advices you know.
once they can handle themselves alone you will train them to fight by showing them how to move properly, reading the opponent's moves and the trick about shooting laggers.
those people will follow you until the last consecuences, if the ship sinks they will sink with it and you together.
there are other ways to create a clan but you need better conections and experience, the trick is always offering people something they want, some of them seek determinated fighting styles when others just like to spend a good time and good laughs with interesting people.

i'll stop here because im not exactly an expert on the matter but i thought that sharing some basic knowledge wouldnt hurt either.

Could be. But think about a fact that almost NONE of the clans that were introduced to LW's server/forums/community are not LW's based clan. So they just spread around random servers and leave LW's empty. Fact.
