Again... not impressed. All you have done is copy and paste objects around the map and move some existing objects which anyone can do there's no reason to call this beta this beta that bla bla as if it's some huge feat. The beach is ruined now, you've placed tons of large tall buildings in front of the smaller hotels on Ocean drive killing the whole atmosphere in that area. The textures on the road are pretty horrid too, why so many cracks in the road? I can't comment on the other textures you've used for mansion etc but I assume you've probably just stole them from somewhere. Same for the palm trees too.
Also, you can't be serious with the message at the end about white palm trees? Because it's "New Year Whitepalms"? Are you serious? That is the most idiotic excuse I have ever heard someone use to defend themselves. The real reason is because you've stole the palm tree model from another mod and haven't placed a texture on it properly so that's why it's white your not fooling anyone.
