Uh, I think it's obvious that what u need to find is already said there, lol... I think u need to search for a file named "MSVCR120.dll" on Google, download it and put it on ur game, coz it's missing or have been deleted. Just suggesting based on what I see...

Downloading this should fix the problem as the missing file comes with the redist package. If this doesn't fix it then download the file and install it manually as Kaitlyn® said.

Also same for you Spectacular, download this and make sure you get the x64 one since you're running a 64bit

Go to "Manual Fix" then only download the .zip file. Choose if ur system is 32bit or 64bit. Then download. Once downloaded, open/extract the .zip file, copy paste the "MSVCR120.dll" to ur game folder. ur done, hope it works...

Note: Try mine first before trying Darfy's.

Run 0.4 installer as administrator and it will fix the problem.

I still don't understand why server kicks me for high ping? I'm just here to find any support from administrators about the case:
- My ping on 0.4 around 90/80ms, so I can't get kicked from the server.
- This problem happens always ONLY on lw server, I don't find any problem on other 0.4 servers.
- I was re-installing the client but I didn't found any solution about this annoying problem.
- My FPS is actually 30, maybe FPS affects on ping but I don't have a low FPS to get a high ping I thought.

i install all the softwares program + 32 bit 64 bit window but this problem still not fix all the programs + files i install and also run as adminstrator but didnt fix

Spectacular i tried everything in windows xp service pack 2 but its not working.... so my advice just install windows xp service pack 3 or Windows 7 to get rid of that problem...........
