Since we're already using SetPlayerClock which would allow for smooth weather transitions:

morning: 17
day: 0
afternoon: 6
evening: 17
night: 0.

From what I've seen today,It doesn't give me any issues while playing the game.And it's just that I never really cared about the weather type that much. XD  ;)
