Ban might not be valid but i'd keep you banned for a couple of days just to make you understand it's important to answer a question when you're asked . Had you answered, the situation wouldn't have been the same.

I’ll go ahead and unban both UJIbu4 and 210W as the reason for banning them is softly speaking invalid.

The reasons to my decision are the following:

• They are both from the Russian Federation
• Both of their IPs trace back to an ISP in Moscow
• The regions in Russia they live in aren’t too far from our server’s location

As for the comment above me, 210W had responded to p4t’s question and I think it’s only fair to assume that he had answered it for the both of them.

p4t can talk to me about this personally if he needs or wants to.
