Due to the classed team structure it's hard to get an exact number of kills per team that is not inaccurate. Since the TDM will be ended with a Last Man Standing, the players still score kills in the Lobby location after they died for the last time on the battlefield. There's no way getting an exact number of kills per team like this, except for using the scores until start of the LMS-round which will possibly not be representative for the winning team as the last man standing wins for his whole team.
As far as special shop items are concerned - no, because we only have two factions thus they will be rather big resulting in too much organizational effort to get everyone an item.
