Ban should be reduced to 1 week then Beatz should be put on last warning with a 4 week ban if he does it again

• the player that has initiated the report
• members of the staff
• the reported player (if, by the time he decides to post, the thread is still open

/edit: Because you guys are so butthurt, I'll tell you why 3 weeks and not 1. He's been flaming server staff (not just me, but others too) for months and we've been warning him. He didn't stop so I'm giving him a chance to learn. If he'll keep doing it after he gets unbanned, I'll gladly permanently ban him. And yes, you guys would do the same.
