i can't register

i want to register in this server but when i try to register, its says that its exist. I have tried many times with different passwords and with different emails (also i have created new email accounts) but it is saying again "exist".

Were you already registered? If so, go to http://pacommunity.co.uk/ and try resetting your password using the email you used to register.

Are you new to the server? If you tried joining with the name "criminal" it's a common word that someone probably registered; that name is taken and you cannot reclaim it. You would need to use a different name.

Yes i have registered. but i have forgotten password. (also and email. because of this i can't change my password) can help any admin or moderator to me? Thank you.
